FAQs
What paper do you use?
All artworks are printed on professional 300gsm Archival Cotton Rag. This smooth, fine-art matte paper is chosen specifically for its ability to hold deep, velvety blacks and maintain incredible detail. These are true gallery-grade prints designed for longevity and a premium tactile finish.
What are the image dimensions?
Each photograph is composed individually, meaning aspect ratios vary. My collection includes:
1:1 (Square)
A-Series (Standard International)
Panoramic (2:1, 3:1 or 4:1 Wide Format)
Note: Fine Art prints include a 1-inch white border to allow for seamless custom framing without obscuring the image.
How is my order packaged?
Packaging depends on the edition of the work:
Signature Editions: The documentation-including your Story Card and Certificate of Authenticity-is housed in a signature Navy Blue envelope. Due to the scale and premium nature of these works, the artwork is professionally crated and shipped separately from our documentation suite to ensure maximum protection.
Fine Art Prints: These include a Certificate of Authenticity in a Navy Blue envelope. The print is wrapped in archival tissue paper and shipped in a reinforced, crush-resistant tube or rectangular box.
Open Editions: Professionally packaged in high-strength mailers or tubes designed for secure transport.
How long will my order take?
Production times vary based on the scale and detail of the work:
Open Editions: 3-5 business days.
Signature & Fine Art Editions: 5-10 business days.
As each piece is meticulously prepared and hand-inspected, shipping estimates may shift due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience in ensuring your artwork arrives in perfect condition.
Do you offer local pickup?
